Getting Started
Download the Medallo Music app from the Apple App Store. Create an account using your email address or supported sign-in options. Complete your artist profile by adding your name, bio, and profile image. A complete profile improves visibility and booking opportunities.
Music Distribution
Medallo Music allows independent artists to distribute music to major streaming platforms.
To upload music, open the app and select the upload option. Enter your track information including title, genre, artwork, and release date. Select your desired distribution platforms and submit the release for review.
Distribution typically takes one to five business days. If your release has not appeared after this period, please contact support.
Promotion and Marketing
Artists can promote music releases, events, and their personal brand directly through the app. Performance data and engagement insights are available to help artists understand their audience and growth.
Booking Opportunities
Medallo Music provides access to live performance and collaboration opportunities. Artists can browse available bookings, connect with organizers, and manage confirmed opportunities through the app.
Account and Settings
Users can update profile information, manage notification preferences, and control account settings at any time within the app. All account data is protected and handled securely.
Troubleshooting
If the app does not open, restart your device or reinstall the application. For upload issues, ensure your audio files meet supported format and size requirements. If distributed tracks are missing from platforms after five business days, please contact support.
